This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Ford Transit fitted with the 3.2 TDCi engine of 3198 cm³ (engine code SAFA) and matches reference 8C1R-7003-AC, also OEM reference 8C1R-7003-AC, for a 6-speed manual gearbox. It is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected component by component; internal wear parts – including gears, synchros, bearings and seals – are replaced as required, before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested prior to dispatch.
