This reconditioned gearbox for the Opel Movano 2.5 CDTi replaces a worn 5-speed manual gearbox on G9U 650, G9U 632 and G9U 630 engines, with an engine capacity of 2464 cm³, under reference PK5017. Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is fully stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested to confirm that the PK5017 gearbox is functioning correctly.
