This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Peugeot 3008 fitted with the 2.0 HDi engine, with an engine capacity of 1997 cm³, compatible with engine codes RHE, RHF and RHH; it corresponds to reference 20DR25, also identified under OEM reference 20DR25. The BMP6 is an automated manual gearbox that manages its own gear changes, making it particularly sensitive to wear of its internal mechanical components.

Signs That Your BMP6 Gearbox Needs Replacing

This gearbox is reconditioned through a rigorous process: it is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected, its internal wear components (gears, synchromesh rings, bearings and seals) are replaced, then it is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested prior to dispatch. Under the exchange scheme, the old unit is not collected before delivery: the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first so that your vehicle is never left off the road, and the old gearbox is only collected once the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the actuator robot: this component is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and the vehicle's original unit should be reused by the customer.
