This reconditioned gearbox for the Peugeot Boxer 2.0 HDi, with an engine capacity of 1997 cm³ and reference 20GP20, is a 6-speed manual unit compatible with AHN and AH03 engines. It is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected component by component; any gears, synchros, bearings and seals showing wear are replaced, before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested prior to dispatch. This process ensures performance that meets the original specifications of reference 20GP20.

Under this exchange arrangement, the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched before the old unit is collected. The garage is therefore never left without a part, and the vehicle is not off the road waiting. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected once the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and payment

This gearbox comes with a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
