This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Renault Captur fitted with the 1.2 TCe petrol engine (1197 cm³), under reference TL4094. It is a 6-speed manual gearbox, compatible with engine codes H5F, H5F403, H5F408 and H5F412. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of all internal wear parts including gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch, ensuring performance that matches the original specification.
