Reconditioned Renault Espace 2.2 dCi Gearbox – Ref. PK1065

This gearbox, reference PK1065, is designed for the Renault Espace 2.2 dCi and is fully reconditioned before being returned to service. This 5-speed manual gearbox, with an engine capacity of 2188 cm³, is fitted to diesel engines identified by engine code G9T710, among others. The reconditioning process involves a complete strip-down of the gearbox, followed by thorough cleaning and inspection of every component. Internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced as standard. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested to ensure performance in line with original specifications.

Signs That Your Gearbox Needs Replacing

Several symptoms should alert the driver of a Renault Espace fitted with reference PK1065: difficulty selecting gears, crunching or grinding noises when changing gear, a gear lever that becomes stiff or imprecise, clutch judder, or unexpected gear jumping whilst driving. An oil leak from the gearbox or an unusual noise in neutral may also indicate advanced wear requiring attention to this unit.

Exchange Basis: Delivery Without Downtime

As part of this exchange range, the reconditioned gearbox is delivered first, meaning the garage never has to be without a part to carry out the repair. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after delivery and fitting of the PK1065 unit supplied. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox comes with a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment for your order can be spread over several instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
