This 6-speed manual gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected before reassembly: every gear, synchro, bearing and seal is examined, internal wear parts are replaced, and the unit is then rebuilt to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested to confirm correct operation before dispatch.
