This reconditioned gearbox is suitable for Renault Trafic vans fitted with the M9R engine in 2.0 dCi 115 form, with an engine capacity of 1995 cm³, under reference PAO010. Reconditioning involves fully stripping the gearbox, cleaning and inspecting every component, then replacing all internal wear parts — including gears, synchros, bearings and seals — before reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and bench testing.

Exchange basis and return of the old unit

This gearbox is sold on an exchange basis: the reconditioned unit is dispatched first, without waiting for the old unit to be returned. The original casing is only collected after the reconditioned gearbox has been delivered and fitted, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the Quickshift robot unit: this component is neither supplied nor included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and it remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer.

Warranty and payment
