This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Renault Trafic 2.5 dCi fitted with the G9U 630 or G9U 730 engine (2463 cm³), and carries the reference PK6020. Reconditioning follows a thorough process: the gearbox is fully stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, and gears, synchros, bearings and seals are systematically replaced before the unit is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and tested on a bench.

The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after delivery and fitting of the new unit; return of the old unit is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
