Under this exchange arrangement, the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first, before your old unit is collected. The casing or intact block of the old gearbox is only taken back after the new gearbox has been delivered and fitted, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not left off the road. Return of the old gearbox is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
