This reference QYC is sold on an exchange basis: the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first, without waiting for the old unit to be returned. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the new QYC gearbox has been delivered and fitted, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road. Return of the old unit is nonetheless required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and payment
