The DSG 7 is a dual-clutch transmission widely fitted to this model and frequently affected by internal faults caused by wear of the mechanical components.

This gearbox is sold on an exchange basis. The old unit is not collected before delivery: the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not left off the road. The old gearbox – casing and block intact – is only collected after delivery and fitting of the new unit; return of the old unit is required in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
