The garage is therefore never left without an available gearbox, and the vehicle is not off the road whilst awaiting the return of the old unit. Once the reconditioned gearbox has been fitted to the Crafter, the old gearbox – casing intact – is collected after delivery and installation. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
