Sold under reference KPS, it restores smooth gear changes without the cost of a brand-new unit.

Full reconditioning process

Every reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is completely stripped down, cleaned and inspected component by component. Gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced according to the wear found on the internal mechanical assembly. The gearbox is then rebuilt to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch to ensure correct operation.

Exclusion: mechatronic unit not included

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: it is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and the vehicle's original unit should be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included with this KPS reference gearbox.
