This reconditioned gearbox for the Audi A3 2.0 TDI is a DSG 6, compatible with 1968 cm³ engines bearing the codes BKD, AZV, BMM, BMN, CBAB, CFFB, CFGB, CBBB, CRBC and CRFC, reference KPS. It is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected; internal wear parts – including gears, synchros, bearings and seals – are replaced, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the replacement unit has been delivered and installed. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit; it is not supplied or included in the sale, is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by your installer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is supplied brand new with this DSG 6 gearbox, in addition to the full reconditioning carried out on all internal mechanical components.
