It is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected: gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced according to the wear found, before a complete rebuild to manufacturer tolerances and a bench test.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this component is neither reconditioned nor tested and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer during fitting. The dual-clutch, however, is supplied new with this reference NTW gearbox.
