Reconditioned Volkswagen T-Roc 1.5 TSI Gearbox – Ref. UAG

This DSG 7 gearbox, reference UAG, fitted to the Volkswagen T-Roc 1.5 TSI (1498 cm³), is reconditioned to a rigorous standard before being returned to service. The gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected; internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Signs that your DSG 7 gearbox needs replacing

• Jolts or juddering during gear changes
• Gearbox warning light illuminated on the dashboard
• Delayed or jerky gear shifts, particularly when cold
• Abnormal noises or vibrations felt through the transmission
• Loss of power or limp-home mode activated by the ECU

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit; the dual-clutch, however, is supplied new. For a rebuild, the service does not include the mechatronic unit; your gearbox is returned to you with a new dual-clutch. The mechatronic unit, being an electronic component, is neither reconditioned nor tested as part of this service, and remains the vehicle's original unit.

Exchange basis – rebuilt to 0 km

This gearbox is offered on an exchange basis, rebuilt to 0 km: the old unit is not collected before delivery. The reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first, so your vehicle is not left off the road. Your old gearbox is only collected after the EDEN BOITES unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is nonetheless required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and payment

This gearbox comes with a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
