This 5-speed manual gearbox undergoes a full reconditioning process before being returned to service under reference HCY. Reconditioning involves complete disassembly, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of all internal wear parts: gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested prior to dispatch.

The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted.
