It is only collected after the new turbo has been delivered and fitted to your Volvo S60, so your vehicle is never left off the road unnecessarily. A 12-month parts warranty applies, subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over several instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
Fitting advice for the D5244T engine
Before fitting this turbo to your 2.4 D5, check the condition of the oil circuit, the feed and return hoses, and the air intake, to prevent premature contamination of the new part. On first start-up, prime the turbo with oil before starting the engine to ensure the bearings are immediately lubricated. It is also recommended to inspect the intercooler and air filter, and to follow the manufacturer's oil change intervals to maximise the service life of the new turbo.
