This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Citroën C3 fitted with the 1.4 HDi engine of 1398 cm³, compatible with engine codes 8HX and 8HZ, reference 20CQ40. This gearbox changes gear automatically via the SensoDrive system – a mechanism that is heavily used and subjects the internal mechanical components to wear with every gear change. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals, followed by reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and a bench test.

Exchange Basis: Immediate Dispatch, Deferred Return

This gearbox, rebuilt to 0 km, is dispatched immediately so that the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road. The old gearbox is not collected before delivery: it is only recovered after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted, in its original, undamaged condition. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
