Reconditioned SensoDrive Gearbox – Citroën C3 1.4 Petrol – Reference 20CP56

This reconditioned SensoDrive gearbox is designed for the Citroën C3 fitted with the 1.4 petrol engine (engine code KFV, 1360 cm³ capacity), corresponding to reference 20CP56, also identified under OEM reference 20CP56. It is suitable for vehicles whose automated manual gearbox is showing signs of wear and requires a reliable replacement.

This gearbox is sold without the actuator (robot); this component is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and it remains the vehicle's original unit, to be refitted by the customer during installation.

Reconditioning and exchange basis

The reconditioned gearbox undergoes a full strip-down, thorough cleaning, and careful inspection of every component. Internal wear parts — such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals — are replaced according to their condition. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Under the exchange scheme, the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the new unit has been delivered and fitted, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road unnecessarily. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Compatibility

Reference 20CP56 is compatible with Citroën C3 vehicles fitted with the engine bearing code KFV, in 1.4 petrol specification.

Warranty and payment

This gearbox comes with a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over up to 10 instalments.
