Exchange basis: delivery before collection of your old unit

Under this exchange arrangement, the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched before the old unit is collected, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road during the repair. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the Dualogic actuator: this component is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer.
