Reconditioned Ford Transit 2.2 TDCi Gearbox

This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Ford Transit fitted with the 2.2 TDCi diesel engine of 2198 cm³, compatible with engine codes P8FA, QVFA, SRFA, CVRA, DRFF and UFFA. This 6-speed manual gearbox carries the reference FK2R-7002-BGA. The reconditioning process involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of gears, synchros, bearings and seals as required by the wear found. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch, ensuring reliable performance from the moment it is put back into service.

The garage is never left without a part, and the Transit is not left sitting idle. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected once the new unit has been delivered and fitted; return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
