Under the deferred exchange scheme, the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched to the garage first so that the vehicle is not left off the road. The old unit, with its casing intact, is only collected after delivery and fitting of the reconditioned part; return of the old unit is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
