Reconditioned Nissan Juke 1.5 dCi Gearbox TL4125

This reconditioned gearbox for the Nissan Juke 1.5 dCi is supplied under reference TL4125, compatible with engine codes K9K 410, K9K 636, K9K 646 and K9K 896, with an engine capacity of 1461 cm³. Every gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected before reconditioning; worn gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch under reference TL4125. It is designed for Nissan Juke models fitted with the 1.5 dCi engine and aims to restore the transmission to its original behaviour.

On a Juke fitted with the 1.5 dCi, several warning signs point to a worn gearbox: increasingly stiff gear changes, an audible crunch in second or third gear, juddering through the clutch when changing gear, difficulty finding neutral, or a bearing noise that grows louder as you drive. Vibrations felt through the gear lever, or a gear jumping out under acceleration, are also signs of advanced internal wear that cannot be resolved by a simple adjustment.

This gearbox is supplied on an exchange basis: your old unit is not collected before delivery. The reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle does not need to be off the road during the repair. The old gearbox — casing intact — is only collected after the TL4125 has been delivered and fitted; return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
