Delivery takes place before the old unit is collected: the reconditioned gearbox is dispatched first, so the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after delivery and installation of the new unit; its return is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
