The exchange basis means immediate dispatch: the reconditioned gearbox is sent out first, so your vehicle does not have to sit idle at the garage. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected once the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted; return of the old unit is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
