This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Opel Meriva 1.6 petrol fitted with the Easytronic system, with an engine capacity of 1598 cm³ and engine codes Z16XEP and Z16XE, under reference GM-ER. Reconditioning follows a thorough process: full strip-down of the gearbox, cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals, followed by reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and bench testing prior to dispatch.

This reconditioned gearbox is sold on an exchange basis. It is delivered and fitted before the old gearbox, with its casing intact, is collected, so that the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road any longer than necessary. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and Payment
