With this service, you send us your own Easytronic gearbox under reference GM-Z2; it is reconditioned and then returned to you, ready to be fitted to your Opel Meriva 1.6. The gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected throughout. Internal wear components – including gears, synchromesh rings, bearings and seals – are replaced according to the condition found. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before being returned to you. The service does not include the Easytronic mechatronic unit: this electronic component is neither reconditioned nor tested as part of this service, and your vehicle's original unit must be reused as-is.

Warranty and Payment

This rebuild service is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, valid subject to fitting being carried out by a qualified professional. Payment for this service can be spread over up to 10 instalments.
