Under the exchange scheme, the reconditioned gearbox is delivered first, without waiting for the old unit to be returned — so the garage is never left without a gearbox and the vehicle is off the road for as short a time as possible. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the JR5391 has been delivered and fitted; return of the old unit is required in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
