Reconditioning of the ZF4003 gearbox

Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is fully stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, wear parts such as gears, synchromesh rings, bearings and seals are replaced as required, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.
