This reconditioned gearbox is designed for the Renault Trafic fitted with the 1.9 dCi engine (1,870 cm³), compatible with engine codes F9Q760 and F9Q762, reference PK5019. Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is fully stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, and internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

The old gearbox – casing and block intact – is only collected once the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
