This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox is designed for the SEAT Leon fitted with the 1.4 TSI engine (1390 cm³), compatible with engine codes CAXC and CZCA, reference QHV. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch. This process ensures the QHV gearbox delivers performance close to original specification before being fitted to your vehicle.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this component is neither supplied nor included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch, however, is supplied new with this QHV reference gearbox.

This arrangement minimises vehicle downtime during the work, whilst complying with our Terms and Conditions. Return of the old gearbox is required, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
