This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox for the SEAT Leon 1.6 TDI, reference QHU, is compatible with the CAYC and CLHA engines of 1598 cm³. Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected, with all internal wear components replaced – including gears, synchros, bearings and seals – before being reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and tested on a bench.
