This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox for the SEAT Leon 1.6 TDI, reference QHU, is compatible with the CAYC and CLHA engines of 1598 cm³. Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected, all wear parts are replaced – including gears, synchros, bearings and seals – before being reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and tested on a bench.

The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the new one has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
