This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox is designed for SEAT Leon models fitted with the 1.8 TSI engine (1798 cm³), compatible with engine codes CJSA and CJSB, reference PYV. Reconditioning follows a thorough process: full strip-down of the gearbox, cleaning and inspection of every component, replacement of internal wear parts including gears, synchros, bearings and seals, then reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and bench-testing prior to dispatch.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: it is neither supplied nor included in the sale, is not reconditioned or tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included with this reconditioned gearbox.
