This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for SEAT Leon models fitted with the 2.0 TDI engine (1968 cm³), compatible with engine codes BKD, BMM, BMN and CFHC, under reference KMY. The reconditioning process involves fully stripping the gearbox, cleaning and inspecting every component, then replacing all internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals; the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit, which is neither reconditioned nor tested and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included in the sale of this KMY reference.
