This reconditioned gearbox for the SEAT Leon 2.0 TDI, a 1968 cm³ diesel engine compatible with BKD, BMM, BMN and CFHC engine codes, carries the reference KXZ. It replaces a worn 6-speed manual gearbox without the need for a full rebuild at a third-party garage.
As part of the reconditioning process, the gearbox is completely stripped down, cleaned and inspected component by component. Any gears, synchromesh rings, bearings and seals showing signs of wear are systematically replaced. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.
