It is fully rebuilt from your own unit: the gearbox is completely stripped down, cleaned and inspected, its internal wear parts (gears, synchros, bearings and seals) are replaced according to their condition, then it is reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before being returned to you. This process restores smooth, precise gear changes without replacing the entire gearbox.
