Reconditioned Skoda Rapid 1.0 TSI Gearbox – Reference SEP
This reconditioned gearbox is designed to fit the Skoda Rapid with the 1.0 TSI petrol engine of 999 cm³, corresponding to engine codes CHZC and CHZL; it carries the reference SEP. A 6-speed manual gearbox, it is restored to its original performance levels through our reconditioning process.
Reconditioning follows a rigorous process: the gearbox is fully stripped down, every component is cleaned and inspected, internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals are replaced, and the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances before undergoing a bench test.
