This reconditioned DSG 7 gearbox for the Skoda Superb 1.8 TSI (1798 cm³) is compatible with CDAA and BZB engines, reference SSW. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of gears, synchros, bearings and seals as required by wear. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

The reconditioned unit is dispatched straight away, without waiting for the old unit to be returned first: the garage is never left without a part and the vehicle is not off the road unnecessarily. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this component is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included and forms part of the components replaced during reconditioning.

Warranty and Payment
