This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for the Skoda Superb fitted with a 2.0 TDI engine of 1968 cm³, covering engine codes BKP, CBBB, CFFB, CFGB, CLJA, CRLB and DFHA, under reference PZP. The reconditioning process involves a full strip-down, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of all wear parts including gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch under reference PZP.

Signs That Your DSG 6 Gearbox Needs Replacing

The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This DSG 6 gearbox reference PZP is sold without the mechatronic unit: this electronic module is neither reconditioned nor tested — the vehicle's original unit must be reused by the customer. However, the dual-clutch assembly is included in the sale and forms part of the reconditioned components.
