Reconditioning involves a full strip-down, thorough cleaning and inspection, followed by replacement of gears, synchros, bearings and seals as required by wear found; the unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after delivery and fitting, so your vehicle is never left off the road. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Reference HQT is suitable for 2.5 TDI engines bearing codes BJJ, BJK, BJL and BJM, as well as code CECA, on the Volkswagen Crafter.

Warranty and payment

This gearbox comes with a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, with up to 10 instalments available.
