This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox for the Volkswagen Eos 2.0 TDI, reference NJK, is suitable for vehicles fitted with the BMM, CBAB or CFFB engines of 1968 cm³. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of any worn gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Exchange basis: delivery without downtime

Your reconditioned NJK gearbox is therefore sent out first, allowing the workshop to remain operational at all times and avoiding any vehicle downtime. The old gearbox – casing or block intact – is only collected after delivery and fitting of the replacement unit. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: it is not supplied or included in the sale, it is neither reconditioned nor tested, and it remains the vehicle's original unit, to be reused by the customer. The dual-clutch assembly, however, is included with this reconditioned gearbox.

Warranty and payment
