The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the new unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. This arrangement avoids any prolonged disruption to the garage's workflow whilst allowing the old unit to be processed within the required timeframe.
