Reconditioned DSG 6 Gearbox – Volkswagen Golf 2.0 TDI

This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for the Volkswagen Golf fitted with the 2.0 TDI engine of 1968 cm³, reference PUH. Reconditioning involves fully stripping the gearbox, cleaning and inspecting every component, replacing internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals, then reassembling the unit to manufacturer tolerances before a full bench test. This gearbox, reference PUH, is thus restored to manufacturer specification before dispatch.

The old gearbox – casing and block intact – is only collected after delivery and fitting of the new unit; its return remains required, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

The dual-clutch assembly, however, is supplied new with this gearbox, reference PUH.

Warranty and Payment

This reconditioned gearbox, reference PUH, is covered by a 24-month parts warranty, subject to fitting by a qualified professional. Payment can be spread over multiple instalments, in up to 10 instalments.
