Reconditioned DSG 6 Gearbox Audi A3 2.0 TDI PUH

This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed to fit an Audi A3 2.0 TDI with a 1968 cm³ engine, compatible with engine codes BKD, AZV, BMM, BMN, CBAB, CFFB, CFGB, CBBB, CRBC, CRFC, under reference PUH. Every PUH gearbox undergoes a full reconditioning process before dispatch: complete strip-down, cleaning and inspection of all components, replacement of internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals, followed by reassembly to manufacturer tolerances and bench testing.

Signs that your DSG 6 gearbox needs replacing

• Jerks or jolts during gear changes, particularly when pulling away
• Slipping or clutch that seems to slip under acceleration
• Abnormal noises (grinding, clunking) while driving or changing gear
• Gearbox warning light on or limp mode activated
• Jerks or hesitation felt between lower gears, typical of dual-clutch wear

This gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit, which is neither reconditioned nor tested and remains the vehicle's original unit for the customer to reuse; the dual-clutch, however, is supplied new with this DSG 6 gearbox, whether on an exchange basis or as a rebuild.

Exchange: delivered without delay

With the exchange range, the reconditioned PUH gearbox is dispatched to your workshop first, without waiting for the old gearbox to be removed. This avoids keeping the vehicle or the garage lift out of action. The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the PUH gearbox has been delivered and fitted. Its return is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and payment
