Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the MGZ gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every component, followed by replacement of the gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The gearbox is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

The old gearbox, which must be intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted; return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
