This reconditioned DSG 6 gearbox is designed for the Volkswagen Sharan fitted with the 2.0 TDI engine of 1968 cm³, compatible with engine codes CFFB, CFFA, CFGB and CFFE, under reference NLL. The reconditioning process involves fully stripping the gearbox, cleaning and inspecting every component, replacing internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals, then reassembling it to manufacturer tolerances before a bench test.

The old gearbox, with its casing intact, is only collected after the reconditioned unit has been delivered and fitted. Return of the old unit is required, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

This gearbox is sold with the dual-clutch assembly, which has been inspected and is included in the exchange. However, this gearbox is sold without the mechatronic unit: this electronic component is neither reconditioned nor tested, it is not supplied or included in the sale, and the vehicle's original unit must be reused by the customer.
