This reconditioned gearbox for the Volkswagen Touran 1.9 TDI, reference JCM, is a 6-speed manual unit designed for vehicles fitted with the BKC, BLS, BXE or BJB engines, with an engine capacity of 1896 cm³. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and a detailed inspection of every component, followed by replacement of all internal wear parts such as gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.

Warranty and payment
