This reconditioned gearbox for the Volkswagen Touran 2.0 TDI, with a 1968 cm³ engine capacity, is supplied under reference HDU and is compatible with vehicles fitted with engine codes BKD, AZV, BMM or CFHC. Reconditioning involves a full strip-down of the gearbox, thorough cleaning and inspection of every internal component, followed by replacement of all wear parts including gears, synchros, bearings and seals. The unit is then reassembled to manufacturer tolerances and bench-tested before dispatch.
